At Tropicfeel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
